1. Three Open Forward and Back Walks With Tap
Start and End in Closed Position. (Note: This figure can be
done also in Open Position.)

shoes the dancers wear. If the shoes have smooth soles, you can do up to 1 1/2
turns or 2 turns to the R. If the shoes have non-slip soles (e.g., most
booths), best to do only 1/2 turn the R, because any more amount of turn can
cause trouble. Note also that these turns in place.
